Carolina is a lawyer with notable specialization in the areas of Labor, Criminal, Procedural, and Family Law. Her career is marked by an intense and diversified focus in these legal branches, which gives her a broad perspective and a solid knowledge base.

She began her career focusing on preparing for the Judiciary from 1999 to 2002, and then continued her academic training by undertaking doctoral courses at the University of the Balearic Islands. Her studies covered topics such as the criminal responsibility of legal entities, Criminal Law and the Constitution, the juvenile criminal process, the principle of non-discrimination in the labor field, the system of sources of Labor Law, and the practical analysis of jurisprudence. Currently, Carolina is developing her doctoral thesis in criminal law.

Between 2014 and 2015, Carolina completed the Executive Compliance Officer Program (Legal Controller), thereby enhancing her ability to offer specialized advice in the area of corporate legal and regulatory compliance. This specialization, increasingly in demand in the legal and business world, covers key aspects such as risk management, business ethics, and the implementation of compliance policies and procedures. Carolina stands out for her ability to provide effective advice to organizations, focusing on the prevention of legal infractions and the improvement of their governance standards and corporate responsibility.
